What this platform does

aolgads.siddha.pro is an internal marketing automation platform for the nonprofit's own Google Ad Grants account. It runs landing pages for our advertising and accepts enquiries for courses, retreats, and meditation evenings. It is not a public product, not an agency service, and not open to third parties.

What we collect

Enquiry form — name, email, optional phone, city, interest. Used to send course information and confirm registration. Retained up to 24 months after last contact or until revoked. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b).
Server logs — IP address, user-agent, referrer, timestamp. Retained 14 days. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) (security).
GCLID cookie — Google click identifier set when you arrive via one of our Google Ads. Used only to send an offline conversion back to Google when an enquiry becomes a course registration. No personal data is transmitted to Google — only the GCLID and conversion type. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).

Analytics

We use self-hosted Umami (cookieless, anonymised) and Microsoft Clarity (IPs truncated) for aggregate usage measurement.

Email delivery

Transactional emails are sent through Resend under a GDPR Art. 28 processor agreement with EU Standard Contractual Clauses for the US transfer.

Third parties

We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not allow third-party profiling. Data is only shared with the processors listed above, each under a DPA.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz Baden-Württemberg). Exercise any of these by emailing data-protection@artofliving.de.
