aolgads.siddha.pro is an internal marketing
automation platform operated by Art of Living Germany e.V. (the
"Verein") for the sole purpose of managing the Verein's own
Google Ad Grants account (Google Ads customer ID 454-662-5534)
and its associated landing pages and lead-capture forms.
The platform is not a SaaS product, not an agency tool, not offered to third parties, and not for sale. There is no sign-up, no customer portal, and no commercial relationship created by visiting this site. External parties cannot authenticate or connect their own Google Ads accounts.
Visitors may submit an enquiry form to receive information about the Verein's own courses, retreats, and meditation evenings. Submitting the form creates no contractual obligation; actual course registration happens separately through the Verein's registration system at enroll.artofliving.org.
All content, code, text, images, and design on this platform belong to Art of Living Germany e.V. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except as permitted by applicable copyright law (e.g. fair quotation).
Where the platform uses the Google Ads API, such use is governed by the Google Ads API Terms of Service and the Google APIs Terms of Service, which take precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict. API data is consumed server-side only; it is not resold, exported, or made available to third parties.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis for informational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Verein excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform. This limitation does not apply to liability for intent, gross negligence, or personal injury where mandatory German law applies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Exclusive place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the registered seat of the Verein.
